CP COWORKING WEBSITE TERMS OF SERVICE

COWORKING, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates the websites located at https://www.cpcoworking.com and https://cpcoworking.cobot.me (collectively, the “Site”). The Site provides information about our coworking spaces, services, amenities, and related offerings in Crown Point, Indiana.

These Website Terms of Service (“Website Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site as an unregistered visitor or user (“you” or “user”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at [insert link to Privacy Policy on your site, e.g., https://www.cpcoworking.com/privacy-policy]). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Website Terms apply only to your use of the Site as an unregistered user. Use of our physical coworking spaces, member portals (requiring login), referral programs, bookings via Cobot, or other paid/restricted services is governed by separate agreements you accept at signup or booking.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, “CP COWORKING PARTIES”) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) IN THE AGGREGATE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so some provisions may not apply to you.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Indiana. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Miscellaneous

These Website Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed/modified to the minimum extent necessary, with the remainder remaining in effect.

No waiver of any term is effective unless in writing signed by us.

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
